Acceptance of These Terms

Creating an account at axeaussie.com means you have read these terms and agree to them as a binding contract with Dama N.V., the operator of Axe Casino. If you disagree with any clause, do not register or deposit. Continued play after an update counts as acceptance of the revised wording.

Verifying Your Identity

We verify every player before the first withdrawal is processed. You upload a photo ID (an Australian driver’s licence, passport or Medicare card), a proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement) and a copy of the payment method you used. Deposits and play are available immediately after registration, but no withdrawal is released until the documents are approved. Documents that are blurred, cropped or expired are returned with a request to resubmit.

Prohibited Conduct

One person may hold one account. Opening duplicate accounts, passing an account to another person, collusion at live tables, using bots or other automation, and exploiting bonus terms through coordinated deposits are all prohibited. When we find a breach, we may suspend the account, cancel bonus funds and winnings obtained through the breach, and withhold the remaining balance until an investigation ends.
